TeleConsultation is a convenient and affordable way for patients to meet their nonemergency healthcare needs, including prophylactic (prevention) and early (home) treatment of COVID-19.

Appointments are 15 minutes and cost $60.
Established patient Ivermectin refill costs $45.
Providers are State-licensed, nationally board-certified, and meet the state Telemedicine training, where applicable.
No controlled substances will be prescribed.
Insurance is not accepted for payment.

One patient per appointment and each patient needs to complete their own intake form

What's next ?

in 24-48 hours of scheduling your appointment and submitting your patient intake form:

Your appointment will be confirmed and your credit card will be charged.
You will receive a notification that your appointment is confirmed as well as a receipt.
1-day prior to your appointment you will receive a reminder text or email.
At the time of your appointment, you will receive an invite with a link from the provider to join a video chat. Click on that link to be taken to a HIPPA secure video chat.

After your appointment

An after-visit information email will be sent to you. It will include:
- Information on how to use the Ivermectin Prophylaxis Kit.
- Name and Contact Information for the Pharmacy receiving your Ivermectin Prophylaxis prescription.
The pharmacy after receiving your Ivermectin prescription will contact you to verify your information, mailing address, and obtain payment information for your medication.
